Volker Tzschucke f\u00fcgt in seinem Themenbeitrag in der aktuellen Ausgabe des ChemnitzInside-Magazins &#8222;Der Frequenzbringer: Wie eine neue NINERS-Spielst\u00e4tte die Chemnitzer Innenstadt beleben soll&#8220; die verschiedenen stadtplanerischen Planungsans\u00e4tze und Konzepte zu einem gro\u00dfen Bild zusammen.<\/p>\n<p>Gemeinsam mit den Mitgliedern des <strong>Baukultur f\u00fcr Chemnitz e.V.<\/strong> setzt sich unsere B\u00fcro f\u00fcr St\u00e4dtebau GmbH Chemnitz mit den stadtplanerischen Entwicklungspotenzialen und architektonischen Gestaltungsideen zur Revitalisierung von brachliegenden Fl\u00e4chen in der Chemnitzer Innenstadt kreativ auseinander.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem <strong>Lichterfestival &#8222;Light our Vision&#8220;<\/strong> &#8211; kurz LOV -, das sehr erfolgreich im vergangenen Jahr startete, war der Wunsch der Mitglieder des Baukultur f\u00fcr Chemnitz e.V. verbunden, Potenziale der Chemnitzer Innenstadt f\u00fcr die Chemnitzer:innen und G\u00e4ste der Stadt durch spektakul\u00e4re Lichtkunsteffekte sicht- und erlebbar zu machen.<\/p>\n<p>Die im Themenbeitrag <strong>bildhaft dargestellte Achse oder auch Flaniermeile<\/strong> soll einmal, so die Mitglieder des Baukultur f\u00fcr Chemnitz e.V., von der Chemnitzer Innenstadt \u00fcber die sogenannte &#8222;Parteifalte&#8220; und den Karl-Marx-Kopf bis hin zum Br\u00fchl f\u00fchren und die Innenstadtbereiche miteinander barrierefrei verbinden.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-image-element \"
