Bewegung \u2013 Umzug vom Bahnhofsvorplatz zum Seeberplatz<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Nach dem erfolgreichen Auftakt der \u00bbPlatzvisionen in Bewegung\u00ab am 3. Juni auf dem Bahnhofsvorplatz ging das Projekt nun in die zweite Runde und wanderte am 26. August 2023 weiter zum Seeberplatz. Zur\u00fcck bleiben die vier von der Stadt Chemnitz aufgestellten Pflanzk\u00fcbel, die mit ihren beidseitig angebrachten B\u00e4nken von B\u00fcrgern und G\u00e4sten sehr gut angenommen werden und garantiert auf dem Bahnhofsvorplatz vermisst w\u00fcrden, wenn sie mitwanderten.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Pl\u00e4tze der Stadt mitgestalten<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Die Veranstaltung am 3. Juni war eine bunte Mischung aus Musik, Platzgeschichte, regen Diskussionen zum Zustand und der Zukunft des Bahnhofsvorplatzes unter Einbeziehung des aktuellen Planungsstandes &#8211; der Umgestaltung zum Busbahnhof &#8211; und der kritischen Betrachtung zur zuk\u00fcnftigen Aufenthaltsqualit\u00e4t des derzeit v\u00f6llig ausger\u00e4umten Platzes. So wurden die Meinungen, Ideen und Visionen der B\u00fcrger in Form von Umfrageb\u00f6gen, Notizen, Skizzen, Erg\u00e4nzungen in Pl\u00e4nen eingesammelt und in einem Plan und einer kurzen Beschreibung zusammengefasst. Das Ergebnis soll nun als Anregung und mit der gro\u00dfen Bitte um Beachtung bei der weiteren Umgestaltung des Platzes an das zust\u00e4ndige Tiefbauamt der Stadt \u00fcbergeben werden. &#8222;Uns war es ganz besonders wichtig, in einem im besten Sinne partizipativen Prozess mit Menschen, die sich mit ihren Ideen und Vorschl\u00e4gen in die vielf\u00e4ltigen Prozesse der Stadtgestaltung einbringen m\u00f6chten, ins Gespr\u00e4ch zu kommen. Dieses Ziel haben wir f\u00fcr den Bahnhofsvorplatz erreicht, liegen uns doch Meinungs\u00e4u\u00dferungen von \u00fcber 30 Teilnehmern vor.&#8220;, so Andrea Alter, Mitinitiatorin der &#8222;Platzvisionen in Bewegung&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Doch es gibt noch gen\u00fcgend andere Pl\u00e4tze in unserer Innenstadt, die eine Aufwertung verdienten. <strong>Unser Focus lag im August 2023 auf dem Seeberplatz.<\/strong> Das ist der Platz zwischen der alten Markthalle (gebaut 1891) und dem Geb\u00e4udekomplex aus den 90er Jahren, in dessen Untergeschoss sich der Diebels-Fasskeller mit \u00d6ffnung zum Seeberplatz befindet. Die <strong>besondere Qualit\u00e4t des Platzes<\/strong> sollte eigentlich seine Lage am Fluss Chemnitz sein, jedoch ist das Gew\u00e4sser vom Platz aus nicht wirklich erlebbar. Die Sitztreppen, die sich zum Fluss \u00f6ffnen, enden abrupt an einer mehr als 3 Meter hohen Mauer mit Gel\u00e4nder. Der Wildwuchs am Ufer l\u00e4sst den Blick auf das Wasser nicht wirklich zu. Der Platz selbst ist gegenw\u00e4rtig in der Regel kaum genutzt, abgesehen vom Freisitz des Restaurants und Veranstaltungen, die hier ab und zu stattfinden.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Das Seeberplatzfest<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Eine davon ist das <strong>Seeberplatzfest<\/strong>, ein Event f\u00fcr die ganze Familie, das seit 2012 stattfindet und sich zunehmender Beliebtheit erfreut. Diesen sch\u00f6nen Anlass am 26. und 27. August 2023 nutzte die Projektgruppe \u00bbPlatzvisionen\u00ab des Arbeitskreises \u00bbChemnitz Kulturhauptstadt 2025\u00ab der Architektenkammergruppe Chemnitz. Neben dem <strong>bunten Programm an beiden Tagen<\/strong> wurden <strong>am Samstagnachmittag gemeinsam mit den G\u00e4sten auch Platzvisionen entwickelt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dabei waren die K\u00fcnstler:innen vom <strong>Kunst- und Kulturverein \u00bbDie M\u00fchle\u00ab aus Gersdorf<\/strong>, die <strong>Stadtf\u00fchrerinnen Martina Wutzler und Karin Meisel<\/strong>, <strong>Stefan Tsch\u00f6k als Moderator<\/strong>, das <strong>Holzkombinat mit zwei Geodomen<\/strong> und <strong>Christina Michel vom smac<\/strong>. Sie stellte die <strong>smac-App \u00bbChemnitz.ZeitWeise\u00ab<\/strong> vor.
