Denn was nicht neu gekauft wird, muss auch nicht neu produziert werden, so die <strong>Philosophie der Sharing Economy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Neben dem finanziellen Aspekt stehen die Sharing-Modelle f\u00fcr ein <strong>umweltfreundliches Wirtschaften<\/strong> und einen <strong>nachhaltigen Konsum<\/strong>. Im <strong>Mobilit\u00e4tsbereich<\/strong> sind in Deutschland <strong>Car- und Bike-Sharing-Angebote<\/strong> sowie Mitfahrgelegenheiten die bekanntesten Formen der Sharing Economy. Diese Teilungsformen folgen dem Trend des geteilten Fortbewegungsmittels und weg vom eigenen Auto oder dem eigenen Fahrrad.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt sogar den Begriff der <strong>Sharing City<\/strong>. Dieser Begriff wird f\u00fcr Gro\u00dfst\u00e4dte verwendet, in denen eine besondere Vielzahl an Sharing Organisationen und hohe Nutzungszahlen von Sharing-Angeboten zu verzeichnen sind.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Stadtplaner:innen sind Sharing-Konzepte, wie <strong>kooperative Wohnformen,<\/strong> <strong>MehrgenerationenWohnen und Co-Working-Spaces <\/strong>bei der Planung von Quartiers- und Verdichtungskonzepten interessant.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen der <strong>MehrgenerationenWohnen-Projekte<\/strong>, zumeist genossenschaftlich organisiert, finden sich interessierte Menschen generationen\u00fcbergreifend zusammen, die zusammen wohnen, leben, sich gegenseitig unterst\u00fctzen und beispielsweise Gemeinschaftsr\u00e4ume miteinander teilen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co-Working-Spaces<\/strong> sind bereits bekannt. Einzelunternehmer:innen, Kreative, aber auch Mitarbeiter:innen von Unternehmen, die deutschlandweit oder weltweit agieren, arbeiten in ihrer Stadt, in der sie leben in einem Co-Working-Space, kommunizieren online und sind nur an festgelegten Pr\u00e4senzterminen am jeweiligen Unternehmensstandort. <em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ILfuVd\" lang=\"de\"><span class=\"hgKElc\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-testimonials classic fusion-testimonials-1\"
